At Flashback, we stand by the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all certified devices. If your tech isn't performing as expected, we are committed to making it right with a streamlined recovery process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Flashback account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Device

  Perform a factory reset to remove personal data and pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all cables and accessories.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
